Unclaimed orders

If you write the wrong address or do not pick up your order in time, the parcel will return to our warehouse.
Once returned, your order will be refunded. If you paid for express shipping, it won't be refunded.
This applies to all orders purchased outside of Sweden.


Before you return an order make sure the items you return are in original condition, for information regarding what is not acceptable please read further down.

Once you make the purchase, you will receive an email with the short guide and return label in PDF format along with the customs declaration/commercial invoice. Print out all of the documents, stick the return label safely on the package, fill in the return form and put it inside the package along with the product you’re returning, call FedEx and book a package pickup when it suits you the best. The FedEx pickup personel will help you with the customs papers that you earlier printed out. Once the package is back we will process the refund.

 By using the FedEx return label provided by us we take full responsibility for the package from the moment it has been scanned by FedEx personnel.

 You can also use another shipping method of your choice, but keep in mind that by doing so you take full responsibility for the shipment until it has been delivered directly to our return address. We will not be able to reimburse you for any returns that are lost in transit and we are not able to retrieve any returns that end up at service points.

If you would like to receive your exchange quickly and safely, requesting a full refund on your current order and placing a new order right away will save you the hassle of having to wait for us to receive and process your return. You will also avoid the risk of the desired product running out of stock before we've received your return.

Return products information:

We offer a 30 day return period counting from the day your order was delivered.

If we were to receive a return after 30 days we will send you the products back to your address. There are some exceptions, email us at to know more.

We do not accept returns that are in the following conditions:


  • Dirty

  • Smells cologne/perfume

  • Smells bad

  • Washed

  • Damaged

  • Crumpled suede jackets
