  • What payment methods do you offer?
    We have two different types of payments that you can choose: Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard etc.) Paypal If a payment is not successfully processed, we recommend you to try again from a different device and/or browser an hour or two later.
  • Can I track my parcel?
    If you have chosen FedEx tracking you will be able to track your order with the tracking number that you received when your order was shipped. If you did not choose FedEx Express Shipping, your package is not trackable. If the delivery time has been exceeded by more than 5 business days, please contact our customer support and they will help you out.
  • Did my purchase go through?
    If your card/account has been charged and you have received an order confirmation email, the purchase is successful and we will proceed accordingly. If you created an account when you completed the purchase you will also be able to see log in and check the order status.I f you have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer support and they will help you out.
  • How do I change or cancel my order?
    To cancel or edit your order, please contact our customer service at hello@grandfrank.com. We will do our very best to assist you but we can't guarantee that we will do it before the initial order has been shipped.
