With FEDEX Express Shipping, you'll receive a tracking number when the parcel is shipped. Track the order at fedex.com or by logging in to your account on our site.
For orders below 150 USD, FEDEX Express costs 25 USD.

Unclaimed orders
If you write the wrong address or do not pick up your order the parcel will return to our warehouse. We will refund your order but deduct the cost of shipping (15 usd or equivalent in your currency). This applies to all orders purchased outside of Sweden.

Returns

Kickstarter backed knitwear: We do not offer free returns or refunds on knitwear purchased on Kickstarter or Indiegogo as they were produced specifically for each customer. You may return the jacket to exchange it for a different size at your own expense.

Return on Orders

We want you to love your Grand Frank items as much as we do, so take your time and try them out at home. If for some reason they are not what you expected, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery for a full refund.

We do not offer free returns on orders outside of Sweden and USA.

We do not accept returns that are:

  • Dirty
  • Smells cologne
  • Smells bad
  • Washed
  • Torn apart

Be very gentle when returning a Suede Jacket!
Our jackets are very fragile. Please return them in the same back and box that you received it in. It may not be wet or come in contact with moisture when returned back to us. You are responsible for returning the product back to us, and we can not accept a returned product that can no longer be sold as new.

To take advantage of the free return you must use our return service: USPS return form

Fill in the form and put your order number as RMA ID. Once we receive an item back we will process the refund as soon as possible, usually within a couple of days. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.
