Not 100% satisfied with your recent Grand Frank purchase? We are happy to accept returns and refund on items that are in original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
We do not cover the costs of returns from outside of Sweden or the USA with the exception of defective products or if you’ve received the wrong item/size.
If you want to change your item for a different color or size we recommend you to return it for a refund and place a new order right away to avoid the product you want to run out of stock before we receive your return.
The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive the item. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of postage.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return
Returned products that smell bad, perfume, that are dirty or washed, show clear signs of use or have the tag missing/detatched will not be refunded as they are considered used and not in original condition.
Undelivered parcels that are returned to us will be put aside and we will email you about it, if we do not receive an answer within one week the order will be refunded and the items will be put back in stock.
Returns without info will not be refunded/exchanged, it is very important that your name and order number is included in the return guide. We recommend you to include as much info as you can instead of too little information.
Suede jackets are delicate and need to be handled with care, make sure you fold it nicely to avoid it being damaged or unnecessarily creased when you return the jacket. We recommend you to keep the original box in case you wish to return the jacket.
We are constantly working on bettering our products and any additional comments in the return guide explaining why you return something is greatly appreciated.
How Do I Return My Order?
It is very important that you properly fill out the return guide, if you do not have the return guide please write down your name and order number on a piece of paper that you include inside the parcel.

How long does it take before I get my refund or for you to ship my exchange?
First of all it depends on the shipping method, choose a shipping method that suits you best timewise and money-wise.
Most of the time we process the returns on the same day we receive them. Sometimes we receive a lot of returns at once for example right after holidays it might take a couple of extra days before we’ve processed your return. If you think we might have missed processing your return please send us an email at Hello@grandfrank.com.
Refunds are done to the same account you placed the order with, for security reasons we do not refund to a different account.
Paypal refunds are instant and your money should be visible on your account the same day we process the refund.
Credit card refunds can take up to 14 business days to become visible on your account.
For an easy and time efficient exchange we recommend you to return your order for a refund and place a new order for the product(s) you want. This also ensures that the product(s) you want will not run out of stock before your return reaches us.
It is your responsibility to change your address on your account or to inform us that you have a new address before we process your return.
