We offer free express shipping on all orders over $100.

DHL Economy

3-5 business days delivery - Free on all orders over $40.

DHL Express

1-3 business days - $10 on all orders.

 

With DHL Shipping, you will receive the tracking number once your parcel is shipped. You can track the order at DHL.com or by logging in to "My account" on www.grandfrank.com.


Returns:

Before you return anything make sure the items you return are in original condition, for information regarding what we will not refund please read further down.

 

We offer DHL return labels for 12 USD, this cost will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed. Just [send us an email](Länk till Contact Us) and ask for a return label. Don’t forget to add your order number, for US customers it should look something like this: 1100012345

 

By using the DHL return label provided by us we take full responsibility for any returns that are lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address. We will refund the items you returned minus the return label shipping fee.

 

If you want to use a different shipping method you are welcome to do so, but keep in mind that by doing so you take full responsibility for the shipment until it has been delivered directly to our return address. We will not be able to reimburse you for any returns that are lost in transit and we are not able to retrieve any returns that end up at service points.

 

How much time do I have to return something?

We offer a 30 day return period counting from the day your order was delivered.

If we were to receive a return after 30 days we will send you the products back to your address. There are some exceptions, email us at hello@grandfrank.com to know more.

 

We do not accept returns that are in the following conditions:

  • Dirty

  • Smells cologne/perfume

  • Smells bad

  • Washed

  • Damaged

  • Crumpled suede jackets
