Shipping and Returns

We’re glad you found your way here. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping methods, how to make an easy size exchange, and our return process. We also offer free shipping within Sweden on all orders over 1000 SEK.

Shipping Process

All orders placed before noon (CET) in Stockholm are shipped the next day. Orders placed in the afternoon are shipped on the next business day. If you place an order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, it will be shipped on the next business day. Grand Frank ships with DHL, Postnord, and Budbee. All international orders outside the EU are shipped with UPS.
After you placed an order you will receive an order confirmation to the email adress you used at the moment. We will pick and pack you order and send it as soon it's ready. You will recieve a new email from us as soon your package has left our warehouse and the courier has picked it up.
When you order is ready to be picked up or out for delivery you will be notified by email or sms.

Note, customs fee are not included. After placing an order you have to pay the customs invoice from UPS before delivery. Grand Frank can not offer any return labels or exchanges at the moment.

Where is my order?

If your order has been shipped you have recieved a tracking link in your email. Click that link and you'll see where it is.

How do I make an exchange?

For EU, UK and US you register the exchange easy here and it's free:

Just follow these
steps:
1. Enter your email and order number, and then select the item you want to exchange
2. Select the new size and/or color that you want to change to
3. Review your exchange and click “save”
4. Choose your preferred return shipping option
5. Complete the exchange
6. You will get the return shipping instructions in a separate email

Do you ship to UK?

Yes we do. But note that Grand Frank is not responsible for any customs fee or we can't offer any return or exchanges at the moment.

How do I make a return?

Within 30 days from the date you placed your order with us.

1. Enter your email and order number, and then select the item you want to return.Note, you have to add the email adress as used when placing the order.2. Select the “return” tab at the top
3. Select the reason(s) for your return
4. Review your return and click “save”
5. Choose your preferred return shipping option
6. Complete the return
7. You will get the return shipping instructions in a separate email

Where is my return label?

All our orders come without a return label. We have different rates for the prepaid return label for each country and the return cost is deducted from your order amount.

Do you ship to my country?

Please check if you country is in the checkout. If not we are not able to reach your country.

Return policy

We offer a 30 day return period counting from the day your order was delivered. After we recieved yout return it can take up to 14 days before you will get refunded. If not, please contact us.

Before you return an order make sure the items you return are in original condition, for information regarding what will not pass our quality control please read further down. You must also return the product(s) with all accompanying packing material, for example, this includes a presentation box for watches, protective plastic on watches, plastic bags for shirts and jackets, plastic pins, tags must still be attached, etc. If the product is not in original condition we will charge you 20-50% off the order value. We will inform you by email beforehand.
Suede jackets must be folded neatly before shipping them in return, permanent creasing can occur if the suede jackets are handled carelessly. 
If we were to receive a return after 30 days we will contact you and give you further instructions. There are some exceptions, email us at hello@grandfrank.com to know more.
We do not accept returns that are in the following conditions. Tags that have been removed/cut off, dirty, have traces of animal fur (health hazard – allergies), Smells cologne/perfume, washed, damaged, carelessly packed and creased suede jackets. Any other clear signs of use or products that are not in original condition.
